Hi, I'm Trevor. Thanks for coming by.

*update 1/5/2021*

Last year I realized a longtime dream of owning a record store and purchased Press Coffee Vinyl. I had been a customer and volunteer there for several years and was thrilled to take my turn behind the coffee machine and turntable.  For now, this is the website for Press.

I'm still in the mortgage business and will soon have an exciting update on what I've been working on there. Exciting for me, anyway.

Records in a Dangerous Time

(It's a Bruce Cockburn reference, also covered ably by the Barenaked Ladies)

Quarantunes is pretty basic: Pick the records you want, pay for them or indicate COD/e-transfer and I'll reach out to schedule a delivery time. You can either claim them from the trunk of my car (I'll be six feet away, cheering you on) or I'll drop them on your porch.

If you're a condo dweller I'll meet you somewhere that's NOT the lobby of your building. Because they are congested with residents and Uber eats and so on and that would be dumb.

I don't touch the records unless I'm wearing gloves. 99.9% of this vinyl was graded long before Covid and won't be touched at all. Do NOT use sanitizer on records! Clean them with distilled water and/or low acid sprays only.

I can ship your order via Canada Post if you prefer. Flat fee is $10 for any number of records. I may have to change that if you order a dozen. But for now it's just simpler.

About the records at

*update 1/5/2021*

I am slowly but surely cleaning up my inventory. Hundreds of old, sold records somehow snuck in to my website, so sometimes I won't have a record or three. A good rule of thumb is that if it seems too cheap, it's because it was priced a long time ago and is long gone.

Why I'm doing this

*update 1/5/2021* Because I own a record store and need to pay the rent :)

Stay healthy and safe.
